Family-Owned & Operated

I am the 4th generation of ranchers in my family. I come from a ranching and rice farming family. My grandfather and namesake "Babe Scott" was one of several local ranchers here in Brazoria County on the Texas Gulf Coast to start the famous Salt Grass Cattle Company in 1961. There has since been a Novel written based on the Salt Grass Cattle Company and the men who ran it.

At Scott's Gulf Coast Beef we take pride in being one of the first farm to table beef providers in Brazoria County, Texas. Our F1 Braford and F1 Brangus and Angus cows are what we use to raise our Gulf Coast Beef, sired by Angus and Hereford bulls. Our healthy and tasty beef is leading the way for the farm to table craze in Texas and beyond.
